If a customer has a drawing for reference, that is helpful but not required. Necessary specs include: appliances, door types, finish type/color, and any other required information.
On-Site Meeting:
Our lead carpenter will meet with customer or contractor on-site to take dimensions and make note of any complications. Unless customer/contractor has provided detailed dimensions and does not want an on-site meeting.
Design & Drawings:
If drawings are provided – we re-design space on Cabinet Vision for rendering
If no drawings provided – we design space on cabinet vision and email customer/ contractor for approval.
Bid:
Once design is signed off on, we will provide an accurate bid within 24 hours (often takes less).
Deposit / Payment:
Deposit accounts for manufacturing costs and can be between 50% – 75% of project total depending on cabinet type.
Build:
We build and wrap all cabinets and furniture.
Delivery:
1-2 weeks before delivery we will call to confirm delivery dates. If we are installing, the shop can provide an all-in-one installation or periodic installations.
Final Payment:
The Remaining 25% – 50% of the project total shall be paid within 30 days of project completion.
Exit Review:
We request each customer write a review on Google so that we may review those customer notes for continuous improvements.
